Canatelz began in 2016, when Atele created wedding canapés alongside his professional work as a chef. In 2021, a new direction brought American-inspired soul food to the heart of the business. Today, our family-run team brings bold flavours and personal service to corporate events, private celebrations and public events.

Atele brings a professional background in luxury fine dining and experience as a former sous chef to Canatelz. He began with wedding canapés in 2016, before moving towards American-inspired soul food in 2021.
Today, he brings care, creativity and attention to detail to every menu, creating bold, comforting food that brings people together.

Co-Founder | Business Development & Customer Experience
Christelle brings experience in luxury retail, sales, customer service and business development to Canatelz. She focuses on understanding each customer’s needs and helping turn event ideas into a smooth, welcoming catering experience.
From the first enquiry to the final details, she brings a personal approach, clear communication and care to every celebration.
